I agee with the old school facilities. I went in with tooth pain and he had me wait using conservative treatment on antibiotics to "see" how it goes. I ended up needing a root canal and the pain for two weeks ( I sucked it up because I though tthat was what was called for by him) was so bad I couldn't sleep or eat unless soft foods on opposite side of mouth. I hate having to resestablish at another dental location so I tolerate the routine cleanings there since. If it ever happend again I would go for a second opinion.
I went (was referred) to another place for root cananl and it was one of the most painful experience of my life because my gum was so badly infected from waiting so long and the numbing shot they gave was brutal.
