Although I'm sure she is a competent practitioner when motivated, my visits to Dr. Mu's office only guaranteed that I will never return.
My requests to be informed about what work was being done were ignored and I was treated as if I were an inconvenience to the staff. This was compounded by her chairside manner, which is abrasive at best, and deliberately oblivious to her patients' needs at the other end of the spectrum.
In addition, it was actually stated that she was late to see another patient and she really didn't have time to properly finish my filling. " I know I'm leaving this high, but I really need to get to the next patient and you can come back to have that fixed," were the last words she spoke to me. This is not acceptable, and is certainly not standard practice.
This was NOT a comfortable experience and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
