Dr. Stone was unable to perform the scheduled procedure on my husband due to his inability to insert an IV for anesthesia. Dr. Stone was rude and insulting, probably due to his frustration. The appointment was for 9:00 am, but we were kept waiting until 9:40 am with no explanation as to why. Having had nothing to eat or drink for 9-10 hours prior to the appointment, this makes a difference. A client's and/or patient's time has value as well, although perhaps not $500.00 per 1/2 hour.
In total, we paid Dr. Stone $595.00 for 2 brief appointments and virtually no procedure performed.
