I really like how Dr. Ricupito treated my teeth. They were a real mess and he gave me many options on treatment. He started my treatment with braces and didn't have to pull teeth. He always answered my questions and was always very professional. I have sent alot of people to him and they have been extremely happy

Great Orthodontist with a fantastic facility and staff! Don't hestitate if he's on your insurance, definitely the best around.

Dr. Ricupito is one of the most experienced and qualified orthodontist in the area! He has lectured internationally and is a professor of orthodontics in San Francisco. He is a fun person and very outgoing. He made all my visits to his office exciting. One time I was in his office and Eric Chavez of the Oakland A's was there getting his teeth worked on! I got his autograph. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ricupito not only for his excellent orthodontic skills and knowledge but also for the overall experience of his office. His staff has been with him a long time and they are really nice!

The accounting staff is not doing a good job. He is an excellent doctor, but my advice to you is that if you choose that doctor, keep an eye on your account. In many occations, the numbers doesn't add up.

Dr. Ricupito is a nice friendly person at first, but after a few months he is very apathetic does not give any communication towards the progress of your treatment. Prolonging the treatment adds cost to your pocket please find another orthodontist. I have had two orthodontists ( I had moved from out of state) and my other ortho was very clear on status/objectives/ and timing.

My teenage son received ortho treatment from Dr. Ricupito. We had a terrible experience. At first they are very nice to you to get your money but later Dr. Ricupito doesn't even acknowledge your child as he walks by. 1) My child expressed how uncomfortable he felt at each visit and asked for a new dr. but it's tough to change once you're in. 2) They are open only Tues - Thurs. so most of the after school hours were taken up. In fact, in 1.5 years, we never got an appt after school once. Instead, my son had to miss morning classes for his ortho appt ea month 3) If you need to cancel an appt during the closed days Fri - Mon, 9 out of 10 times their voicemail is full so you can't leave a voicemail to cancel and then they charge you a "no show" fee of ~$25.00. 4) When a bracket broke, my son had to wait 1-2 weeks for an appt which would then cause a gap in his front teeth. This happened multiple times.
Yes, Dr. Ricupito is a sports fanatic. It was impressive at first seeing the sports memorabilias in the office. Later, you realize he's more into sports than his office. On a good note, the people he hired are nice except for the Accounting person. She hung up on me when we were discussing an intense billing issue.

Dont go to this guy. You are simply a number in a crowd. I was told by him that it was necessary to get brces when I was 12 and still had baby teeth. This moron straightened my teeth, but some were still baby teeth. Later after the braces came off I had 1 extra tooth(baby) and this caused it to push another tooth back into my gum line. 4 years later I have to get braces again to create a gap so that they can surgically remove this pushed up tooth. He wants to get you in the chair in and out as fast as possible without taking the time to think about consequences. More concerned about villing you on time then whats going on in your mouth.

Great doctor and staff. Dr. Ricupito loves orthodontics and you can tell!! He is the president of the orthdontic associaation in california. He likes talking with my parents and is nice. I like it when I see pro players in his office. I even got an autograph!!!

i have been going to dr. ricupito for over a year and he is very nice but has so many patients that i'm kind of like a mouth not a person. Right now i havne't seen that much improvement and its looking lik its really going to be as long or longer than he thought, at this rate. But he is ver expensive and not really personal. I really like his assistant Connie who explains everything that 's going to happen and is really personal.

Awsome doctor and office staff ! Dr. Ricupito is a sports fan and his office reflects that. He treats or has treated alot of professional athletes. He really loves doing orthodontics. He's a knowledgable, fun doctor!
