Friendly, fun, warm, caring,...the list goes on. My son loves going to see Dr. Wilson. So does my 2 year old daughter....she now loves brushing her teeth, thanks to the office staff for encouraging her.

Dr. Don's office is wonderful...I felt like a part of thier family. The doctor sat with me the whole time and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable (he saw that I was chilly so he brought me a blanket). The staff is amazing also... they are fun, enegetic, and actually love to be there. I wish that all doctors offices were more like Dr. Don's. He makes health care enjoyable!!!!!

There are quite a few orthodontists to choose from, but our choice was made very easily. Why? It started on our first visit and continues each time we come in; Your business is a very welcome place; it's kind of like an extension of our home.
When we walk in the kids are happy to be there because of:
1) your warm, comfortable office decor; it's not sterile or
intimidating as some other offices are. It's like home!
2) the staff - we are always greeted using our names - you know us and treat us like real people rather than just another faceless customer
3) there are fun activities for the kids to do, incentives for them to succeed
4) You use positive reinforcement as your motivation to get my kids to keep flossing/brushing
5) My kids just love to choose color combos for their braces!
6) You know your stuff! It is very obvious that you use the best and latest technology
7) I like your attitude of thinking outside the box as well - your sense of humor is wonderful!
8) You send us e-mail reminders of upcoming appointments
9) Your rates/payment options are very reasonable and helpful and saved us a lot of money!
10) You show us respect and a true sense of wanting to help us. You talk to us like real people.

A practitioner skilled beyond his years, who connects and communicates with his patients. Dr. Don and his staff are a true pleasure to treated by and the office is state of the art technologically and a pleasant atmosphere to boot. Both of my children and I are patients and my wife would be also if she hadn't completed treatment last year. Dr. Don is an excellent orthodontist with a personality, what a concept.

My daughter and I visited 2 other orthodontists before choosing Dr. Wilson. We are truly impressed by his personal, gentle care and attention to his patients, and he carefully explains things each step of the treatment. It's a pleasure to walk into Dr. Wilson's office; the staff is kind, friendly and caring. Dr. Wilson makes my daughter feel very comfortable, there are no complaints when we have an appointment.
The tokens reward system is an extra incentive and bonus!

Dr. Don Wilson is an supurb orthodontist. He is currently treating my case, and I am a dentist! Need I say more! He is knowledgable, and his friendly staff all do a fine job. The level of service, the attention to detail, and a high level of expertise made my decision an easy one. He is not only treating me, but many of my patients as well. Dr. Wilson is wonderful!

Dr. Don, Charis, Nycole and Lori are more like a family than a dentist's office. Dr. Don is a highly skilled Orthodontist and a consummate professional with an upbeat personality and an affable style. Dr. Don uses only the most advanced high tech dental and x-ray equipment and has my comfort and safety in mind at all times. He and Nycole explain all procedures thoroughly and make me feel like I am a participant, not a patient. With the latest computers he illustrates how quickly my teeth are improving.
They call me between appointments to ask how I am. The offices are modern and completed with the best facilities in the industry. I even get to choose my own DVD, and, earn valuable tokens for following the Doctor's orders. Going to the orthodontist is fun!

Going to Don Wilson is a breath of fresh air. James is actually EXCITED to go to his next appointment. Dr. Wilson and his staff are the best! James loves the movies he can watch while having his braces adjusted. What a great addition to Novatos business community. Thanks Dr. Don!

This is my first experience with orthodontics and its turning out to be great. Dr. Wilsons office is a Nordstrom-like experience: from the advanced technology and equipment, experienced and professional team, super clean environment, and office décor that will make you want to redecorate your house. Its so tasteful, not to mention that I am made to feel like a queen every time I walk into their office! I am greeted with warm smiles and genuineness as Dr. Wilson and his staff takes time to find out how Ive been doing with my braces.

Dr. Don's office is very warm, inviting, and caters to kids! They are also very professional and do a fabulous job. In fact, I have told many friends about the quality and the service my son Tony has received.
They are the best!
