I love the entire staff at Dr. Lachica and Patterson! Although Dr. Patterson is retiring and sold his practice to Dr. Lachica, I couldn't have wished for a better orthodontist. She rocks!!! Dr. Patterson has been in the community many years.....she has a tough spot to fill!!

What a great orthodontic office! Dr. Patterson, Dr. Lachica, and their staff are the most personable and caring in the business. I visited several orthodontists, and determined that this was the one for me. The office is small and some of the characteristics feel dated, but the treatments they offer are state-of-the-art, and the family-like vibe of the staff is second to none. Prices were lower than some of the offices I visited, and I definitely received the best quality care for the price. Thank you.

I had Dr. Pattersen for my orthodontics 25 years ago. My older son experienced incredible results and now my younger son is a patient. There's no better orthodontist in the state!
The facility is top notch and the office staff treat you like family.

We are on our third child getting orthodonthia from Dr. Patterson. He is great with kids, staff is friendly and helpful. We would recommend him to anyone.

I like Dr. Patterson and he came very highly recommended. I drive 45 minutes to have my son's dental work done, and I have to say his front office staff is severely lacking. One in particular is Mimi. Talks down to customers and makes you feel as if you did something wrong. She is truly an unpleasant person, and I do not like dealing with her on any capacity. When her office submitted my claim for my son's work and it was rejected due to the wrong social being used, I never received one phone call, not one email, nothing. I had to call my insurance to find that the claim was not in their system to find out my son's services, which are covered, was not being covered. When I called to let his office know, I was met with sarcasm and blame. When I asked, why my husband nor I ever received a phone call, she said, "I don't know why." Once my sons services are finished, I will not be going back nor will I recommend his office.

Dr Patterson and his staff gave my kid lots of attention and way more time than any of us ever knew that his case would require. He was patient and explained everything. He gave us options and encouraged our questions. In the end, my kid's teeth look fantastic. It was a lot of work, but well-worth it.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I have a very unpleasant experience with this Dentist (Dr. William Patterson). Very poor customer service. He wasted my time and money. His clinic kept me waiting for nothing, postponing, and rescheduling my appointments until today he refused to give me treatment. I thought my treament is moving forward. I don't really buy his reasons. He simply didn't want me because I'm a minority (I'm Asian). In the very beginning I saw him, I already felt he didn't like me to his patient, with all the stalling and I was the one making making a follow up or confirmation call for my appointments. This Dentist is very unprofessional, including his staffs! Please don't see this him. There are so many Great Dentists around the area.
