I had braces from Dr T for 1 1/2 years and couldn't be happier with the results. My treatment was for braces to realign my bite. There was very little pain associated with the treatment and cost was reasonable for the care provided. We did not have insurance help. The staff and dental assistants were all top quality and Dr Townsend's chair side manner is excellent and his skills are truly amazing. I would recommend him with hesitation to anyone knowing that they would be very happy with their care.
About Front Desk: Always friendly and have a great personal touch to make you feel right at home in the Dr's Office. There is never any long waiting periods and they are very efficient in making sure you see your Dr on time.

Dr. Townsend and his staff are wonderful! They have given me great care.
I was having alot of TMJ problems and was told by a different orthodontist that I would need jaw surgery. I then decided to get a second opinion and that was with Dr. Townsend. He has corrected my jaw problems and pain. I did not need to have surgery.
I am a few months away from getting my braces off. I am very pleased with the looks of my teeth.
I am so glad I chose Dr. Townsend. He is very professional and a very caring doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Townsend for the past 3 years; prior to that, my Son was his patient for approx. 4 years; in all I guess you could say Dr Townsend has been our Orthodontist for approx. 7 years. In all that time, we have had NO complaints. As an Orthodontist, Dr Townsend is an artist. His attention to detail is amazing. You can sense the personal interest he takes in all his patients. My Sons' teeth are beautiful and I am nearing completion of a beautiful smile too. He has a very friendly and competent staff. In the past 7 years, there has not been a single scheduling or financial issue. I give Dr Townsend 5 stars.

As an Air Force family, moving to Colorado Springs, we were looking for an orthodontist to help with our oldest child with a severe open bite. We have had great success with damon braces, Dr. Townsend and his staff. After changing insurances a few times while all three of our children have been through damon braces, the office staff was so helpful with all the paperwork. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Townsend and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Townsend is great...the office staff, however, doesn't have a clue what they're doing.

Office has limited hours for appointments. Communication is very very poor. Experience left us with finding a new doctor.
