Doctor Lastra gave me an estimate for a treatment more than double than other orthodontists in the area after having been a patient for three years. The results of the Phase I were not positive. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is very greedy!

I would not recommend her to anyone is very expensive and we always had to wait at least one hour. I found same treatment for half of the price.

They have no consideration for the patient's time. They knew that they were going to be late and did not have the courtesy to call and tell me. They did not tell me when I arrived.
The waiting room has TV's that are on so loud that it makes the waiting even more irritating.
There is no professional customer service.
Don't go unless you have nothing to do all day.
Take books, magazines, games and get ready to sit for a long time. I had to leave and did not see the doctor. Unfortunately I work and I don't have the luxury to sit and wait. Good luck!

Dr. Lastra is extremely knowledgeable and has the most up to date equipment and appliances. Her staff is well trained and she checks every patient individually . She has more than a dozen people working at all times, so there is usually not a long wait. She is more expensive than many other orthodontist, but her equipment is state of the art. You get what you pay for.

The best orthodontist in town. My sons teeth are now beautiful thanks to Dr Lastra's work.

The best orthodontist in the world. I got my braces sooner than we thought and the staff are very friendly and treat you on a one to one basis. I recommed to everyone. I am satisfied and I still get compliments about my teeth and I havent had my braces for 5 years. Very good work.
