They have no consideration for the patient's time. They knew that they were going to be late and did not have the courtesy to call and tell me. They did not tell me when I arrived.
The waiting room has TV's that are on so loud that it makes the waiting even more irritating.
There is no professional customer service.
Don't go unless you have nothing to do all day.
Take books, magazines, games and get ready to sit for a long time. I had to leave and did not see the doctor. Unfortunately I work and I don't have the luxury to sit and wait. Good luck!
