After visiting Dr. Mason 10 years ago, I decided I would never go to another dental office. The office is clean and comfortable; the staff are amazing; the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting; Dr. Mason is wonderful. I have referred my mom and her husband who now see Dr. Mason exclusively as well. This past year I was pleased to introduce my son to dental care in such a wonderful environment. He now refers to her as "his dentist". Anytime someone is looking for a dentist, I can't reccommend Dr. Mason highly enough. Each person I have referred always agrees.
I have had a root canal, crowns (including a front crown), fillings, and cleanings performed in her office. I am in the process of replacing old, ugly amalgam fillings with more attractive dentstry and can't be more greatful about the results. They are thoughtful enough to offer an iPod, a blanket and a jaw massage post-treatment. They offer nitrous for a nominal fee, for chickens such as myself.
The front office staff is very friendly and are always very helpful with insurance and treatment planning, even around tight budgets. Every staff member strives to get to know their patients and their families. For me, there isn't a better dentist office in the world!
About Hygienist: I known Noreen for about 10 years, and have come to love her. Heather is very knowledgeable. But, any hygenist in the office is wonderful and understands the need to make an exam, cleaning and x-rays comfortable. As a matter of fact, my son loves to have his teeth cleaned and looks forward to a new toothbrush and loves to show off his brushing and flossing skills. I now have my teeth cleaned quarterly and have noticed an improvement in my dental health.

I have to admit that the fear of dentists kept me away from them for much too long. I have know Christina since our children went to preschool together here in Clayton. She always told me to come in because hey "would be gentle". I FINALLY got the courage to go in and the rest is history!
I have been a patient of hers for many years now and I have not only gotten over my fear but I am happy to walk in the door to be greeted so kindly by her and all of her staff! I really can't say enough about them without sounding like a scripted commercial, but I can say I LOVE my dentist. I still may not love the procedures, but I feel so confident that I will be treated the highest form customer/patient service. That is unfortunately rare these days!!
In the past several years, I have gone for my cleanings, xrays, gum treatments, fillings and a crown. They are very effective at pain management and are mindful of insurance vs. my out of pocket expenses.

I recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, loving, honest and gentle dentist in the area, you won't be disappointed if you go to this "Friendly Dentist" in Clayton!!!!

Dr. Mason is the best . Ihate to go to the dentist but she and her staff make it fun and pain free thay will work to make your pain and anxiety go away also thay are happy to be there .

I have always hated going to the dentist because it's very difficult for them to get me numb enough. Dr. Mason and her staff are soooooo good at making you feel comfortable with their sedation dentistry that I didn't even feel it when she gave me the anesthetic. I had three fillings done in one day and felt great when the numbness wore off.
I've tried several dentists and Dr. Mason is, by far, the best!

Horrible... The staff is very unprofessional, saying your SS. # out loud on the phone while other patients are sitting 6ft away can hear. Dr. Mason pushes you to do more work than needed or wants all your work done right away, greedy. when you say you can't afford it all right now Dr. Mason make a comment like " Well what a nice purse that is, is that a ____? I bet that was expensive." meaning you can afford nice things but you can't afford to get all your dental work done right now. Also had to have an emergency root canal because of her faulty work (crown) that was not done right. Went to a different dentist for that. I also got charged for x-rays that they said they would not charge me for because I just had x-rays done elsewhere, so get everything in writing. The staff is continuously sending emails, text, calling home,calling cell phone to come back in after I didn't show up for my appointment 6 months ago and have not returned their 40+ calls. You would think they would get the hint, not them. I feel like I'm being stalked. If you go to this Dr. give out limited info and don't give out your real email.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mason to all my friends and family. The staff is warm & friendly. I am a high fear patient and I have never felt so well taken care of.

Side-chair help is great, Dr Mason employees only the best. Dental hygenists are superb. The office staff care for every patient. I am scared of dentists, but I always have a good time at her office. This is the best dentist in the area, hands down!
