TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. I called for two weeks to make an appointment and always got voicemail regardless of the time of day. They took three weeks to call back. The retainer I wanted was not what they provided. Additionally, they lied about the cost. They said it would be $50 when I made the original appointment and then $185 once I showed up. They do not call to remind you about appointments. Finally, they lie about payment terms. They say they take credit or debit and then once I wanted to pay they said they only accepted cash or check. I would not recommend them to anyone. TERRIBLE.

31 years ago, my mother took me and my brother to see Dr. Purcell. We were "blessed" with awful spacing and alignments. But Dr.Purcell was so wonderful. He recommended the BEST oral surgeon for me, and after I got my braces off 3 months early, my smile was better than I ever could have imagined. I was 11. I'm now 42, and people STILL ask me about my beautiful smile. I will never forget how he would talk to me as his patient, not just my parents. He was kind and reassuring. And most of all, he was skilled. I think of him often, and hope he knows how much he impacted my life.

Dr. Michael Purcell is the best orthodontist my family and I have ever experienced. Extremely well qualified and excellent people skills. His staff is also very kind and cheerful.

Dr. Purcell provided orthodontic treatment for two of my daughters and I am going back to him for a third. The results of his work could not have been better.

Dr. Purcell is outstanding. He is attentive to detail, pleasant, always professional. His work was outstanding.

I think he's great. I have gone to him since I was a child. I got braces on by him in sixth grade and now I am in collge and they're still looking pretty good. He's very nice and patient.
