31 years ago, my mother took me and my brother to see Dr. Purcell. We were "blessed" with awful spacing and alignments. But Dr.Purcell was so wonderful. He recommended the BEST oral surgeon for me, and after I got my braces off 3 months early, my smile was better than I ever could have imagined. I was 11.
I'm now 42, and people STILL ask me about my beautiful smile. I will never forget how he would talk to me as his patient, not just my parents. He was kind and reassuring. And most of all, he was skilled.
I think of him often, and hope he knows how much he impacted my life.
