In the 8 years that he has treated our children we have seen the service deteriorate. Making an appointment is difficult--the office staff and/or the computer programs seem to change so often that no one can keep appointments straight. The dental staff when we began was good, but has changed several times and we are never introduced to the new staff. I have no idea who is working on my children or what qualifications they have. We will find another orthodontist for our youngest children.

My daughters treatment has taken too long and the office staff is terrible inflexible about scheduling appointments. This is especially annoying given the fact the office isn't open on Fridays. He is already trying to get braces on my younger child who hasn't even lost all of her baby teeth. We will be going somewhere else next time.

Dr. Stevens did my othodontics nearly 10 years ago, when I was 21 years old. His office is fun and his staff are awsome! I since have had many dental problems, with nothing relating to his work, mostly my molars and every dentist I have seen since has asked who did my braces because my teeth still look amazing!
I even had a oral surgeon who was removing a cracked molar tell me that my teeth were deseavingly beautiful and appeared to be perfect. Dr. Clarke Stevens even called my home to make sure I was okay the day he put my braced on. The work was expensive but worth every pennie!!

Imagine an orthodontist that your kids want to go see each month! That is Dr. Stevens. His office is fun & friendly. Dr. Stevens and his staff know all their patients on a first name basis, and add a personal touch to everything they do.
The office is very well run ~ no long waits. The assistants and office staff are all super nice. The communciation is excellent, the service is great, and the office is cool!
Each of my kids have had a very positive experience, with beautiful results. I highly reccomend Dr. Stevens to anyone who wants the best & the nicest orthodontist.
