In the 8 years that he has treated our children we have seen the service deteriorate. Making an appointment is difficult--the office staff and/or the computer programs seem to change so often that no one can keep appointments straight. The dental staff when we began was good, but has changed several times and we are never introduced to the new staff. I have no idea who is working on my children or what qualifications they have. We will find another orthodontist for our youngest children.
