I was told my treatment would last a year but it was three years.He did not fix my bite properly and know I'm suffering from tmj and after three years of orthodontics,still have to under go treatment to fix the work he did on my mouth.When I complained about my tmj symptoms while having the braces on Dr.Truman said he had never heard of the symptoms I was complaining about.Three different ear,nose and throat specialist and my primary dentist let me know it was from my teeth.Iurge you to find another orthodontist that can explain what could go wrong before taking your money!

1. Our son was a patient of Dr. Mark Truman in 2010. He had been in treatment for two months when we had to relocate to another state. My insurance had paid him 60% of the total cost of treatment up front. We had also given him $500 down and two months worth of payments of around $155 each. When we relocated we thought he would refund part of the insurance money to my son's new orthodontist. He would not!! So, for two months of our ortho care our insurance benefit was down to $400. Of course, he still had 18mo+ of treatment needed. Essentially, we paid for braces twice because of Dr. Truman's greed. When we asked him about it, he said all of the orthos in town do that and he would be happy to explain the formula they all use and reminded us that we signed a contract. Thank you so much Dr. Truman, we hope your family has enjoyed the money.

Dr. Truman and his staff are the best. If something happens they get you in right away. Dr. Truman is a very kind person and very experienced. I trust him 100% percent. He offers incentives for the patients and the waiting room is full of video games and things to do. You won't be spending much time in the waiting room but I can guarantee you will get there early to play at least one game of Ms. Pacman. :)
