My son had excellent treatment by Dr. Fader and his staff a few years ago. His teeth are perfect to this day, and Dr. Fader is kind, knowledgeable, and prices were very reasonable! He is no longer there- it is now Dr. Chaninah Zweihorn.

Dr. Fader was attentive and pleasant prior to our decision with selecting him as our orthodontist. Two of our children required braces so he put on a show to get our business. Afterwards, he was hardly in the office and had other individuals conducting his business. When present, his demeanor appeared frustrated and/or annoyed. His receptionist was discourteous, cynical and very unprofessional. With regard to treatment, my children's teeth were a success; however, when the treatment involved replacing a bracket (which is very common despite following their recommendations on what foods to avoid) or other issues, the doctor (when present) and receptionist were very annoyed and often attempted to scold the children (we did not allow it). Its the perfect place to go to if you don't care for customer service and if your visits only entail replacing the rubber bands.

Dr. Fader did a great job on my daughters teeth. His staff is excellent, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!

After our first visit /consultation with Dr. Fader, We were not "fortunate" to see him EVER again, only in the hallway. He seems very annoyed when I was asking him questions regarding my son's teeth/health, and he made his assistants handle everything. Felt like I was given care by the assistant, not the doctor and what irritates me the most is, he never overlooks his assistants job result after, even when they clearly struggling, what they're doing. Each time/our monthly appointment, there's a new face/ assistant in his office and my issue is, how they're building within short period of time, such unconditional trust in him that he NEVER overlooks what they did with the patient. Staff seems overwhelmed, rushed and according to that, not very well organized. Their poor job result is, we have to go back to his office almost every week for an emergency visit, pocking wire, loose band, missing this, broken that etc. I hate to say that but According to his treatment quality, we defiantly overpaid.

I had a orthodontics treatment with Dr Fader and did not like at all!!!
The recepcionist, is really good tho and so the assistants. But Dr Fay is not so great...
First of all he did not deliver the best results, I still have crocked teeth and grind my teeth just as before, the gum recession problem got even worse!!!
Second, He does not explain what he is doing and when you ask he gets annoyed. It seems he is always in a hurry, with no time to tell you whats going on with the treatment you are payng for!!!
On my last visit I wanted him to keep the treatment for a bit longer (because I had a second opinion and treatment was not complete yet) and he would not even discuss the issue and started removing the braces. So rude! he have really bad communications skills!!
Conclusion:: I will have to pay someone else again to get the job done properly,I wasted money, time and and disappointed!!

I STRONGLY advise against going to him.
He's only in the office 3 days a week, and only for a couple of hours. Not convenient at all. He is a very poor communicator. I had to ask all the questions because he didn't communicate any information on his own. I even had to find information on hygiene and maintenance on my own.
The secretary takes forever to get back to you when you leave a message, and sometimes doesn't return calls at all. So forget about getting immediate care if your bands snap or brackets break, or if you have a major emergency. They don't even call the day before to confirm appointments.
Very sloppy and poor customer service.
He will quote you a very low rate in comparison to other orthodontists, but you will get what you pay for...or in my case, you won't EVEN get what you paid for.

Dr. Fader did an excellent job on my daughter's teeth. He has very friendly staff. I highly recommend him and the work he does.
