After our first visit /consultation with Dr. Fader, We were not "fortunate" to see him EVER again, only in the hallway. He seems very annoyed when I was asking him questions regarding my son's teeth/health, and he made his assistants handle everything. Felt like I was given care by the assistant, not the doctor and what irritates me the most is, he never overlooks his assistants job result after, even when they clearly struggling, what they're doing. Each time/our monthly appointment, there's a new face/ assistant in his office and my issue is, how they're building within short period of time, such unconditional trust in him that he NEVER overlooks what they did with the patient. Staff seems overwhelmed, rushed and according to that, not very well organized. Their poor job result is, we have to go back to his office almost every week for an emergency visit, pocking wire, loose band, missing this, broken that etc. I hate to say that but According to his treatment quality, we defiantly overpaid.
