About Front Desk: Poor lack customer service skills. They do not seem to like their jobs. Input my phone number wrong computer and when I informed them that it was wrong they said they changed it and did not.

About Front Desk: They still owe us over $700. They kept making us pay up front without submitting claims to the insurance company. After harassing them for months they finally submitted some claims, but have not passed any of the insurance payments back to us yet. Desk staff was polite and courteous, just not reactive. Office manager was pushy about upgrading from standard retainer to plastic retainer for additional $900.
