Mrs. Barbara is the gentlest, most professional,careful dental hygenist i have used in over 50 years . Sooo much better than average. They have stereo headphones,,,and pretty ceiling posters to look at,,,i bring my sleep mask to cut the bright light,,,and i get my teeth cleaned 4xs/year at $102, which seems fair.
About Hygienist: Mrs. Barbara is Dr. John Brown's best DH, in my humble opinion. Sooo gentle,,,,

Dr Brown and all his staff are great! My 2 boys always loved to go to the dentist because he was so great. It's all they knew. We recently had to stop going there because our dental insurance changed. Boo hoo! No one can live up to Dr. Brown's great service.
About Hygienist: They are all great but Barbara, Dr. Brown's wife, is exceptional!

Everyone in this office is so very friendly, remembering names, family members, favorite hobbies (or at least reviewing charts recently enough to seem to remember). The office is very comfortable, Dr. Brown and his staff are very approachable, gentle and seriously concerned about not just dental health, but also overall general health. In nearly 3 decades of service twice a year, neither I nor any of my family members have had a complaint, and when we've been out of the area for periods of time, we always wish we were back in Cupertino with Dr. Brown when it comes time to get routine cleanings or complicated emergency work done.

Dr. Brown was recommended to me and both my husband and I have been going to him since 2000. Dr. Brown is very professional and honest. He doesn't sell unnecessary treatments like some dentists would. The office is clean and comfortable. The dental hygienists are all very well-trained. Going there for teeth cleaning is not stressful at all because there is no pain involved and my teeth come out very clean. I also like the little tips and comments that the hygienist or the doctor offers. They are just the best!
