I had a really bad experience with Erkis. The original problem of my teeth was that two of my front teeth stood out. However, his solution was not to move the two teeth back but move all the rest of my teeth out. the most horrible thing is that he lied to me. He told me he will move the upper teeth back, but the the reality was he moved the whole lower teeth (the whole jaw) out. He changed my face shape.
When I saw the X-ray of my jaw at another clinic, I was terrified.

I had a very bad and sad experience with Dr. Erkis. His an awful communicator. I don't think he does not not know how to clearly communicate with client, but he prefer to make things very vague when he has done something wrong. According to Dr. Erkis all the wrongs are because my teeth's problems. Or, even though he made your teeth look awful, he told you it is normal and there is no problem at all. He did very bad treatment on me. I was not happy at all during the whole period. He treated me as a 5 years old kid who is easily to be cheated. I don't recommend him to anyone.

We are having braces put on our son in August. We have been to the office 3 times and are very impressed. The front desk is friendly and always smiling. The doctors are awesome and very informative. The atmosphere is always happy and upbeat. Everyone is very personable, especially to the children! We cannot wait to work with them on a monthly basis. And the added bonus....slushys!! Yummy!

Dr. Erkis is a man of his word and we recommend anyone who needs orthodontics to consult with him. Our first 3 children have successful beautiful smiles because of his work and now our fourth child who has special needs is his patient. This week our son had his long appointment to apply his braces (bracelets he calls them). While I sat watching them work, everyone who worked in the office spoke to me and smiled. Dr. Erkis rotated among his patients working on their appliances. He took personal interest in each patient and with great kindness reacted and commented on the things going on in their lives. He is a survivor of an illness that could have easily taken his life, causing paralysis and surgeries. It is a miracle that he is alive. His life threatening crisis has reinforced his commitment to compassionate, kind patient care and the value of life. His office staff emits his joyful attitude and my son couldn't wait to share is new red and orange banded smile when he went back to school.

I have been seeing Dr. Erkis for nearly a year. Everyone in this office is wonderful. Other doctors should take note, this is what customer service should be like!! I have only praise for all of his staff. They know your name when you walk in the door and they make it a point to address any concerns that you have. Dr. Erkis' chair-side manner is amazing. He takes the time to explain the entire process to you and he always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. His prices are very reasonable, and the billing procedure could not be easier. I recommend Dr. Erkis and his staff to everyone! My treatment is yielding amazing results that are worth every penny!! My son will be visiting Dr. Erkis soon.

Dr. Erkis is a great ortho- attentitive, polite, with a great sense of humor. The only thing they need to improve on is customer service. Often, I feel like I have to wait forever for them to start working on me. Keep up a good job!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Erkis and his entire staff. They are thoughtful folks and so patient with all the children. My son has has special medical concerns and Dr. Erkis has went above and beyond for him.
Some Orthodontists I've seen seem to run their business like it's an assembly line in a factory but not Dr. Erkis.

Dr. Erkis is great. His staff is not only very nice, but very attentive to your need. The facilities are immaculate. Overall great work is done by great people at a great place.

We havent had any work done yet, just a consultation. But from that one visit, I can say that we were very impressed. The office and waiting area were very nice and comfortable. They had video games for the kids and game boys so they didnt get bored waiting. The receptionist even made choc chip cookies and gave us each one when we left. Still warm.... All their equiptment was up to date. The staff was super friendly and Dr Erkis was so nice, funny, and made my daughter feel very comfortable. He even told her that he wouldnt pressure her on getting braces. He told her what was going on with her teeth and what he could do to fix it. He said the decision was up to her. I dont know whether the cost is expensive or not, we dont know yet what the amount will be for sure and I dont really have anyone to compare him to. The consult was free so what does it hurt to go and check him out for yourself. I know you will like him.
