Dr cook has been seeing my son every six months for about two years. He checks to see if he is ready for braces. Each visit to check has been free. Dr cook is so nice. His staff is very nice.

Dr Cook is amazing! He truely cares about his patients and spends the extra time and effort with each one eventhough he has a busy practice. He has done all of this family's orthodontics and I highly recommend him and his skilled technicians.

Dr. Cook is very meticulate and exact if he takes the time to see you. He does a good job with treatment but you will probably be waiting for 45 mins before he sees you. When he comes over it's a quick check and then he rushes off. But he doesn't rush off to other patients, he goes back into his little office on the phone. The nurses there are wonderful but as for customer service from Dr. Cook I'd suggest to bring a book because you will be there a while. I would not recommend him to others because of his "chair-side manners." The reason for an appointment is to budget time with each patient, something he has not learned. I'd find someone who takes time with each of his patients.

Dr. Cook is an outstanding. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field, and is easy to see that he is passionate about his work. He as an individual is very thoughtful and friendly which really helps me as one of his passionate feel warm and welcome every time I went for a check up.
It was a Sunday night right after thanksgiving weekend when I had a problem with my braces, The wire that ran across the top row of my teeth had popped out along that back side and was cutting into my gums. It was my fault because I had been eating something I was not supposed to, but none the less it was very painful, and I really could not wait.
So my dad called Dr. Cook personal number which he got from calling the main office and he asked if their was anything we could do to fix it ourselves? Could he cut the wire?
Dr. Cook said, " Ooh No, I am so sorry, can you meet me at my office? I can be their in 20 minutes, I'm just wrapping up dinner with my family"
We went in and he personally fixed the problem for me in a matter of minutes.
He does excellent work and as you can see from my story, he is very dedicated to his customers.
Yes, he comes at a price but you definitely get what you pay for. GREAT ORTHODONTIST

Doctor Cook is great. I am a returning adult customer that had some teeth shifting. He straightened them out without braces and only charged $250. I feel like I should take this man out to dinner.

My daughters were treated by Dr. Cook and not only did he do a wonderful job but was kind, caring and considerate during the process. Braces can be quite painful and there were times when we had to schedule emergency visits to address issues with pain or poking wires and he always accommodated us. He felt so badly when one of the girls had to keep her braces on longer than her sister that he gave her a $25 Visa gift card to cheer her up. But the best were the results. Both girls have Hollywood smiles!

very friendly and helpful throughout the years. Ive had a dental implant done after my braces and he was willing to help me afterwards with new retainers and stuff at no charge until my teeth were perfect:) definitely recommend!

We are completing "phase 1" orthodontia. Dr. Cook's treatment plan was much more comprehensive than the other 2 orthodontists I consulted. He was also much less expensive! He and his associate explain everything and are happy to discuss issues if you ask.

My son Jimmie has had his braces on for about 6 months and you can already tell the difference. I can always get him in right away if there's and emergency and I have never had a long wait. Dr Cook office is great
