Dr. Cook is very meticulate and exact if he takes the time to see you. He does a good job with treatment but you will probably be waiting for 45 mins before he sees you. When he comes over it's a quick check and then he rushes off. But he doesn't rush off to other patients, he goes back into his little office on the phone. The nurses there are wonderful but as for customer service from Dr. Cook I'd suggest to bring a book because you will be there a while. I would not recommend him to others because of his "chair-side manners." The reason for an appointment is to budget time with each patient, something he has not learned. I'd find someone who takes time with each of his patients.
