I had two implants done by Dr. Kogan. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The entire process went great. There was an issue with one of the final crowns when it came from the lab. He knew exactly what caused the issue, he quicky made the corrections on my implants, sent the crown back to the lab. He said " I will make sure you will get the best crowns possible on your implants". A week later the new crown was back and fit the implant perfectly. Dr. Kogan is one of the best dentists in town, I recommend him highly.

I love this dentist. He is a very sharp guy. In 15 minutes he was able diagnose what was wrong with my tooth, the problem that three other dentists that I saw previoiusly could not explain and were pushing for removing the tooth. I had the tooth treated with the root canal and a beautiful crown, pain went away and I use this tooth without any problems. His practice is beautify, it does feel like you come to a spa.

Dr. Kogan did veneers on all of my front teeth and they look absolutely natural and beautiful. My main consern was not to have artificially looking porcelain in my mouth and I was fortunate to find Dr. Kogan. He did a wonderful job. He indeed is an artist, and a very caring person too. If you need any cosmetic work done on your teeth, go see Dr. Kogan. His spa-like office is gorgeous and staff is very accommodating. They also work with your insurance and get as much coverage as possible to ease the financial pain.

I moved to SF not too long ago and after searching for a good dentist, I found home at SF Dental Spa. Honest competent care, great attention to details, very helpful and friendly staff. My complements to Dr. Kogan and his lovely wife Julia, I am your patient for life, like it or not!!!!!!

I am impressed by Dr.Kogan's skill and patience. I am one of those patients who is extremely anxious about coming to dentists and always give them hard time. i just completed my treatment with Dr.K and I have to say, i feel great. I feel great not only because i finally have healthy teeth, but also because i now have a wonderful dentist. He is direct and knowledgeable, he will always tell me how it is without sugarcoating things and will take care of my teeth with great skill.

i'm upset my previous yelp review got removed. I am a busy physician and I know how this business works. this guy has all the state of the art equipment. he funds it by charging my insurance for things that he never did. i had to go to a lot of trouble to get my insurance cleared. all i got was a "sorry, we don't know how that happened."
i recommend dr. suezaki. when i got a second opinion from him, he told me by teeth were in great shape and i didn't have to have my fillings redone like this dentist said it had to.

DO NOT GO HERE! 1) "Spa" is a big facade! The rooms are simply filthy and unhygienic if you take a quick look. 2) They are rude and passive aggressive with patients and with each other. The staff is treated very very poorly and walk around with fear. In fact, there is new staff every couple of weeks because no one can last in that terrible atmosphere. 3) They OVERCHARGE for procedures and MAKE you pay upfront in full. Then, when the insurance company rejects their overcharged claims as unacceptable per contract guidelines, they say to you ... "Sorry, no price adjustement refunds" ! So now, since you have already paid up weeks ago, you have no recourse. Moral of the story: Pay your copay at the end of the procedure, but NEVER the whole amount (if you have dental insurance). Make them file an insurance claim and then pay only the amount that the insurance company states that you owe to the dentist as a patient (not a cent more). 4) The dentist (Dr. Kogan) displays absolutely no sense of care for patient comfort or pain ... I ran out of there bleeding (mouth full) and in pain from a procedure that should not have been painful nor taken as long to do as it did. 5) Do not get ZOOM teeth whitening done there ... one, they don't know how to do it properly and burnt my gums and two, they said it would take "only an hour" ... hahaha ... try, FOUR HOURS. My back was aching. My head was throbbing. My gums were burnt. And I lost half a day that I wasn't prepared to lose. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
