braces , my childs teeth look worse now than when we first went in before we had dental treatment. i feel the dr has too many assistants that aren't qualified to be doing the work on the patients teeth, he's all about quantity and not quality
About Front Desk: rude people, dr kelley has his own little clan of workers that are all quick to blame the patient instead of their own mistakes

I went to see Doctor John Kelley convinced I needed braces on my bottom teeth. As a 46 yr old professional it was obvious I could afford the treatment. Dr. Kelley told me I didn't need them. I appreciate his honesty with me. Kind man a GRET doctor!
About Front Desk: Changed to a self check-in system on the day I was there and they were cheerful about the learning curve. I waited about 5 minutes for my appt.

Very, very expensive dentist. you can get the same treatment at a different location. Is obvious that they only care about your money.

We have been so grateful for Dr. Kelley's orthodontic care of our children. His kindness in dealing with our family, thorough medical expertise, and friendly office staff have made this office feel like a second family. Three of our children have been through orthodontics with Dr. Kelley, and not only are their smiles fabulous, but they even enjoy going to the office for visits. We have full confidence in Dr. Kelley's treatment of our children's individual orthodontic needs, and for one of our children in particular have seen significant progress that will likely keep him from surgery down the road. Because orthodontics requires frequent visits and check ups, we are all the more thankful for such a fantastic orthodontist and office staff to spend time with. -TJ and Corbin W. "My daughter was a bit anxious as she considered her treatment plan. Dr. John Kelley and his caring staff took the time to explain the procedures, discuss a timeline with us, and address any concerns we had. Everyone is kind, gentle, and so friendly. We are always greeted with a genuine smile as we walk in the door! This warmth and affection extend into the examination area and the business department. The love for Christ is evident in Dr. Kelley and each staff member as they treat patients with love and respect. It may sound odd to remark, but we actually miss our visits now that my daughter's treatment is complete. We owe our daughter's beautiful smile and increased self-confidentce all to Dr. John Kelley and Kelley Orthodontics! If you are simply looking for an orthodontist, they are a dime a dozen, BUT if you are looking for an orthodontist that will consider you family while treating you with expertise, look no further. Kelley Ortho is it!"

limited office hours make it difficult to get child an appt. around school times; office sometime difficult to work with.

Overall very good. Cost is only complaint. The problems with treatment would have to be shared with our dentist and were not known to orthodontists as soon as they should have been. Chair-side manners were great. Kids occaisionally complained about one certian tech that was a little rough working in their mouth. I didn't see the need to intervene. I was able to sit with the kids when they were seen. Even thought this tech didnt have a soft touch she did a good jod and was very nice. Help with insurance was good. I liked being able to pay balance on a monthly basis. Receptionisit very nice and helpful. Cost is my only regret.

Before Dr. Kelley, I went to Dr. Gerloff for my orthodontic needs. I love Dr. Gerloff, but I prefer Dr. Kelley. Their staff is so courteous and I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. I highly reccomend Kelley if you live in fort worth.
