We absolutely love Mark Koenen...he is gentle, he explains everything he is doing (and I am a very anxious patient!), he is good at his job...his office is clean and comfortable, his staff is warm and professional...we like him so much we still kept him after moving 2 hrs away...he's quite simple the best!

Dr. Koenen is great! He actualy spends time with his patients and explains in common terms any issues you may have. His office is clean and easy to get to. He recently added digital xray equipment to his office and has updated the decor. I have had several dentists, and Dr. Koenen is the best!

Dr. Koenen and his staff are professional, courteous, and pleasant. Dr. Koenen exhibits very good attention to dental details and is something of a perfectionist with his work. I really like that the Staff at his practice go out of their way to accommodate my horrible gag reflex.

I think that Dr. Koenen is one of the nicest dentists I have ever met. He doesn't act like a dentist, meaning he helped his assistant out by developing X-Rays. Although we couldn't pinpoint where exactly my tooth pain came from, he gave me great advice. Dr. Koenen wanted to make sure I didn't pay for something I didn't need.
