I think that Dr. Koenen is one of the nicest dentists I have ever met. He doesn't act like a dentist, meaning he helped his assistant out by developing X-Rays. Although we couldn't pinpoint where exactly my tooth pain came from, he gave me great advice. Dr. Koenen wanted to make sure I didn't pay for something I didn't need.
