Kept my children's braces on longer than needed, so he could get an extra $125.00 a month. If you have missed any appointments, you get charged monthly if you go over the time frame in the contract. We caught him being dishonest several times about when he was going to take the braces off. He is a lot older now, so he apparently couldn't remember what he told you from one appointment to the next. That's how we caught him in so many lies. Both my children were witnesses. One appointment he would say a month, the next one would be 6 months. It was ridiculous! He has probably been doing this for years, but with age, sometimes the memory isn't as keen. My son also lost his retainer and instead of Dr. F using his molds that were taken only 3 weeks prior, he wanted to take new molds. It wasn't necessary according to one of the top, and most honest orthodontist in town, who we had to change to. He could have used the same molds, but as usual, he was trying to get more money off of us. He has several violations from what I understand. Beware!!

Paid in full for services and no service rendered and braces never completed. If you can ever get a hold of someone in his office, there customer service would be better. Never return any phone calls. Attorney is my next call.

The doctor is very sweet, soft spoken, and nice. So are the women that work along side him. The only problem i had was the time it took to begin my invisalign process. Items got broken and lost and i kept calling to see where i would go from there and i kept getting,"The doctor is with a patient, he will call you back." but didnt call back. i got very frustrated considering how much money i was paying for my invisalign. it took a total of 4 1/2 months JUST to get the first aligner trays. i honestly think i should have gotten money taken off for the amount of time it took and the breaking and losing of items. My whole issue was with the invisalign process. If things would have gone smoothly and would have nothing but good things to say. Like i said, the doctor is a good doctor maybe i was just that one patient that happens now and then. And the reason i say expensive is because i had to pay the full amount. My insurance doesnt cover cosmetic.

Dr Froemming is a great orthodontist! He is friendly and will tell you what is best for you other than what is best for filling his bank account. Very reliable!

VERY UNHAPPY WITH HIS SERVICES. HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO GIVE ME ANY FEED BACK ON MY SONS PROGRESS AND APPOINTMENTS WERE SPACED TO FAR APPART. ORIGINALLY WAS TOLD TREATMENT WAS TO TAKE ONE YEAR AND NOW MY SON IS GOING ON 3 YEARS.

My teeth needed very minimal straightening with an overbite correction needed. Yet he has already gone over the 24 month period and now he is telling me that it will be another 9 months before I'm done! Also scheduled my visits too far apart (6 wks vs 4 wks) Would never go to him again or recommend him to anyone.
