the staff is very extremely friendly and accommodating. My daughter was treated by Dr. Garai and I've known Dr. Garai for several years!

I had my braces removed last month and I am beyond pleased with my new smile. Dr Garai was always helpful at my appointments. He even came in on a saturday to take care of my poking wire. I think Dr. Garai and his staff are amazing.

I first met Dr. Garai in 2003 when I came in to his office for my TMJ/Bite. i had been told that I will need extensive orthodontia to fix my tmj by several other dentists/orthodontists. After his assistant took full x-rays and photos he came in and did an exam,answered all my questions and told me that I did not need braces for my problem and told me to see my dentist for a night guard. I was so thankful for his honesty that I recommended many friends and family to his office. I tell people that if you're looking for an honest ,detailed opinion go to DR. GARAI. This office is the best and I can't say enough about them:)))))

All three of my children were treated by this office. Everyone here is caring and gentle. We still go back to have the retainers checked and they remember our names. No doubt the best choice.

After multiple consults and many hours of research I chose this office. I have to say, never been more pleased with customer service and the time the doctor spends trying to make sure all my questions answered. I wish all my other drs were as good as this office. My treatment was for 13 months and then i was under observations for my retainer. This office is the best and I would not just say that!

They were very accommodating with the appointments and answer all our questions. We had called the after hour number and the doctor himself called us back explained all the procedures and put all our concerns at ease. even told us that he could meet in his Vienna office on a Sunday to examine my son. We had two phases of treatment and when the braces were removed we were very pleased with the results. My son is always smiling now.

Love the doctor and staff. Most caring Dr. and staff.
Started Invisalign at this orthodontist, very pleased with my smile. I was given the braces options as well but chose the invisalign. No discomfort except the first two days. Highly recommend this practice.

My 4 children have had treatment with Dr. Garai. We chose him after consulting with three other orthodontists. He is very competent and caring with great staff. The best doctor office.

I have received orthodontic care from Dr. Garai and have been very disappointed. Even though I have been to his office for many appointments in the last 10 months, on at least two occasions he has completely forgotten that I had been his patient and started to give me his introductory speech as if I were brand new to his practice. Twice he failed to order new dental appliances that I needed, requiring me to use old and faulty applicances for weeks that were ineffective and caused me pain. Twice he has asked me to fix my faulty appliances myself by telling me to bite on it to try to change its shape or by asking me to take a nail file to it. I was even told to wear a broken appliance for several weeks. This has set my treatment time back by several months as I wait for the new appliances to come in. Twice I have shown up for scheduled appointments only to be told that the new appliances have still not arrived and to come back in two weeks. To say the least I have been terribly disappointed and cannot believe that I paid such an expensive fee for this type of treatment. When I go to Dr. Garai's office and see the many copies of his various "awards" all I can do is shake my head in disbelief.
