1 painful impression caused my releasing a scream while in the care of a technician. My treatment was then cancelled as I was perceived to be a 'difficult' patient. All the technician had to do was apologize for causing me so much pain due to misaligning the impression tray and get it right the next time. Dr. Soper wants everyone to have a pleasant experience but can't handle the occasional staff mistake with grace. Not a recommended orthodontist.

Although my treatment isn't complete yet, I have seen a tremendous change that has improved my look 100%. Dr. Soper and his staff are all the kindest people I have met and I will recommend everyone I know that needs orthodontics to him. I also plan to take my son to him in the near future. Thanks to all of them for making my experience as pleasant as possible!

Dr. Soper and his staff are wonderful! Everyone at his office is friendly, extremely helpful, and beyond competent. Everyone who works there genuinely seems to care about the patients, and will always go the extra mile to make sure you're being looked after as needed - even when it has come to staying a little late to help model for me how my profile might change with surgery, or slipping in an extra appointment to clip pokey wires, or heck, to change my ligs just cos I wanted - they've always made themselves available.
Dr. Soper gave me a good outline of my treatment choices at my consultation, and has been willing to work with me to do what is more comfortable to me. He's always happy to answer my questions (I bombard him with many) - I've never been allowed to feel like I am being "high maintainance".
Lovely facilities - very modern (they moved recently), and even includes HDTV at every chair, with DVD, TV or Xbox games. A private consultation room makes that initial visit less stressful.
So far so good on treatment - everything seems to be proceeding well, and it has all been fairly pain-free.
Cost is about the norm for this area, as far as I could tell, and they gave me no trouble when insurance made a mistake.
