1 painful impression caused my releasing a scream while in the care of a technician. My treatment was then cancelled as I was perceived to be a 'difficult' patient. All the technician had to do was apologize for causing me so much pain due to misaligning the impression tray and get it right the next time. Dr. Soper wants everyone to have a pleasant experience but can't handle the occasional staff mistake with grace. Not a recommended orthodontist.
