Dr. Crouch was recommended to us by my children's pediatric dentist. Dr.Crouch is wonderful. The office staff is very friendly. The cost was better than I expected and we even got credit for the pre-braces work done on my daughter by Dr. Crouch. My daughter did not complain of any pain throughout the 2 years that she saw him. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

Doctor Crouch was great 20 years ago with my daughter & I was glad he was practicing when it was time my grandson needed braces so he was able to get the same quality care

I love that the girls look so professional when I go in and the place is ran very smoothly. Not many Dr office are like that. But I really love that the people look like they want to be there and my daughter loves it too.

This office is always on time for appointments. All the assistants are very good, and have great skills. We have had three family members go through treatment at this office.

Dr Crouch was HIGHLY recommended to our family . Our 10 year old daughter has been seeing Dr Crouch for almost 2 years now for orthodontic care. She will NOT see anyone else. He is such a caring Dr, and the entire staff are wonderful! You can rest assured that they explain the billing process when you need help and you won't have to worry about "hidden fees" ... We've been told that the staff there have been with Dr Crouch since day one. They have since moved into a new facility. If you're searching for an orthodontist in Puyallup, look up Dr Crouch. You won't be disappointed!
