Dr Crouch was HIGHLY recommended to our family . Our 10 year old daughter has been seeing Dr Crouch for almost 2 years now for orthodontic care. She will NOT see anyone else. He is such a caring Dr, and the entire staff are wonderful! You can rest assured that they explain the billing process when you need help and you won't have to worry about "hidden fees" ... We've been told that the staff there have been with Dr Crouch since day one. They have since moved into a new facility. If you're searching for an orthodontist in Puyallup, look up Dr Crouch. You won't be disappointed!
