I am a 57 year old female that went to Dr. Mario Chorak for invisalign. I originally had 44 total trays and had to move out of state on tray 34. I had paid Dr. Chorak in full - over $5000. Dr Chorak personally told me on one of my final visits that when I moved, they would prorate my payments to the new orthodontist that I chose in Omaha.
Needless to say, Fairwood Orthodontics said one thing but did not follow through. They kept all the money AND continued to bill my insurance company even after I no longer used their services.
On top of that, my new orthodontist has to order 12 more invisalign trays because my teeth aren't tracking like they were supposed to. The new orthodonitist was also surprised at how "aggressive" my prior orthodontist (Dr. Chorak) was in my revisions (the filing the enamel between my teeth) which I now have quite large spaces between my top teeth.
The new orthodonist also has to make a retainer and install a permanent retainer in about a year. These are all things Dr. Chorak would have had to do had I stayed in his practice and these services were paid to him in full.

Dr. Chorak has been my orthodontist for about 8 years. He is a very nice guy and great orthodontist. He put on my braces for me and pulled my two canine teeth that were at the roof of my mouth down into place, and now I have a great smile thanks to him.
There was really no pain, except soreness from getting my braces tightened.
Chair-side manners are very good. Carries convo's with patients and remembers them! The office is nicely decorated.
I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to others! He is the best!

Mario did my braces & it was super quick & I Loooooooooove My NEW SMILE! He is a Great Orthodontist.

Dr. Chorak and his staff made it so much easier on my daughter, when we relocated from a different city. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Orthodontist in Bellevue/ Mercer Island area.

Dr. Chorak did a fabulous job on my teeth and mouth. I was only in braces for a year, while all other orthodontics wanted to have me in them for 2-3 years. He was very cost efficient. The front desk was amazing, they always knew who I was when I called. They we're awesome in working out a payment plan for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I went to Dr. Chorak as adults (we had braces as adolescents), after he was referred by our dentist. Our experience was wonderful - Dr. Chorak and staff always took the time to disucss any questions we had. They had my braces off in less time then estimated as well!!! Any time any one I knoiw mentions the need for braces, I always recommend them!

My daughter just got her braces off and her teeth look absolutely incredible. In fact, our Family Dentist said that Dr. Chorak's work was one of the best in the area. My daughter loved the atmosphere and the staff. Dr. Chorak was wonderful to work with. He always took the time out to come out and talk to me about my Daughter's treatment and to answer my questions. His fees were very reasonable. I just can't say enough great things about Dr. Chorak and his staff!!!!
