Dr Musser is a clear get to the care type of dentist who cares more about my child's dental needs more than any dentist I've ever experienced raising my 4 now adult children. He got me in within one day after a month long wait in a referral process by another dentist. He has even called me to inform me of what to expect the day of the treatment before my appointment time. I also know Dr Musser to spend hours of his time advocating for restructuring our insursnce system to prevent children ever having to "wait" in pain to see a dentist.

Do not take your children to this guy! Does not care about the children at all!he is actually being investigated for Medicare fraud..he put caps in my child's mouth and did not even try to match them with her original teeth! I went to have her teeth cleaned somewhere else and they were surprised at just how bad the work he did looked.they referred us to him and they said because of our case they will never refer another person to Dr musser.we are now going to have to pay someone else to fix his work, this guy is a con artist!!
About Front Desk: The staff is ok.

My son had a cleaning last week & the dental assistant was nice enough however Dr. Musser was very unprofessional and raised his voice at my 8 yr. old son twice. Told him "to knock it off". he was feeling some pain & he thought he was faking it. he kept saying knock it off and u shouldn't be acting like this. wouldnt ever recommend him to anyone!!! pass the word!

I would NOT recommend this dentist. After taking my children there for 10+ years, I have had it with his staff. It is not worth the grief to constantly fight with them to get an appointment when you feel your child needs to be seen by a dentist and they believe you should go some where else, e.g., a possible loose permanent tooth. I would not recommend a dentist who is not there when you need him.

Dr. Musser is very good with children that are well behaved and compliant. However, children that are fearful and less than obedient would be better off elsewhere. He has an attitude of "Do it my way or get out". This was not an issue for many years as my older children were very easy to treat. My younger children are very active. Dr. Musser recently told my 9 year old daughter that if she gave him any problems with pulling her tooth that he would no longer treat her. The billing person is also rather rude. We ended up paying money out of pocket that should have been paid by insurance due to the poor communication between the dentist and insurance company. We tried to get the money back from the insurance company and were told that the dentist should not have billed us. The insurance company then called the dentist to try and resolve the issue. The dentist's office hung up on the insurance person and sent us a letter saying we had 30 days to find another dentist. I tried to call and talk to Dr. Musser about what had happened and he did not return my call. So much for 20 years of loyalty. When we found a new dentist, we were charged for copies of the x-rays to be sent to the new dentist.

I took my autistic son into Dr. Mussers office and he was rude, abrupt and very unhelpful when it came to answering my questions or concerns. He made me feel like an idiot even asking questions. I was so disappointed that I cancelled all future appts for my autistic son and my youngest son! He was anything but friendly and I got a similiar feeling from his staff.
