Dr. Musser is very good with children that are well behaved and compliant. However, children that are fearful and less than obedient would be better off elsewhere. He has an attitude of "Do it my way or get out". This was not an issue for many years as my older children were very easy to treat. My younger children are very active. Dr. Musser recently told my 9 year old daughter that if she gave him any problems with pulling her tooth that he would no longer treat her. The billing person is also rather rude. We ended up paying money out of pocket that should have been paid by insurance due to the poor communication between the dentist and insurance company. We tried to get the money back from the insurance company and were told that the dentist should not have billed us. The insurance company then called the dentist to try and resolve the issue. The dentist's office hung up on the insurance person and sent us a letter saying we had 30 days to find another dentist. I tried to call and talk to Dr. Musser about what had happened and he did not return my call. So much for 20 years of loyalty. When we found a new dentist, we were charged for copies of the x-rays to be sent to the new dentist.
