Hello fellow parents...
I took my 2 year old to mrs works...
On our first visit I was meet on our 1st appt with a room full of patiants because they were running 3 hrs behind...as I was waiting with my child in the waiting room all you heard were kids in the back rooms screaming bloody murder... To the point of tears of sorryness for the kids... I stayed cuz I was giving them the benifit of the doubt that the kids were afraid..
So 3 hrs later we go back and she examines my child... He had a root tip left after fracturing his tooth..her treatment recommendation was a extraction.. But the kickers is NOTHING to lessen anxiety ... Basically hold him down give him a shot and rip out his tooth...
Than I receive a letter that they no longer want us as patiants..because while we were waiting for 3hrs... I got a steril suction tip from a jar on the counter and let my son see what thing are at the dds..(positive things)
I have been a register dental assistiant for 10 years and am quiet familiar with how offices should be ran.. And this office is not ok.. I whole hartedly recommend you look at diffrent office for your child... I would hate for u and your child to have the horriable experience that we had...
This is in no way a vengeful review.. This is a honest review and come from a place of compassion for others..

They are Horrible!!! Watch your billing, they charge you for proceedures that have not been done! When I asked them about that, they answered that it was all the proceedures they were going to do so they sent it through my insurance Without my knowledge then charged me prior! Since I never went back to them I now received a collection note on my credit report as they are demanding money for something they never did! Thank God my current Dentist can legally verify that they never did any of the work they billed for!! They are crooks stay away

she is great i love her office it is very friendly and has a great play area and wonderful front and back staff

I strongly recommend you do not choose this dentist for your child. My 4 year old had two small fillings, and came away from the experience traumatized--no exaggeration. He was crying through the procedure, and the doctor did nothing to soothe him. At the end of the procedure, after which he had an open abrasion on his lip, a fat swollen lip, and a red mark on his nose from the sunglasses ineptly used to block the bright light, Dr. Work stated that he would require sedation for every future dental procedure. She is a very unsympathetic person (don't be fooled by her smiling pictures on her website, I never saw her smile in the 3 visits we had) and she does not belong in pediatric dentistry.
