Hello fellow parents...
I took my 2 year old to mrs works...
On our first visit I was meet on our 1st appt with a room full of patiants because they were running 3 hrs behind...as I was waiting with my child in the waiting room all you heard were kids in the back rooms screaming bloody murder... To the point of tears of sorryness for the kids... I stayed cuz I was giving them the benifit of the doubt that the kids were afraid..
So 3 hrs later we go back and she examines my child... He had a root tip left after fracturing his tooth..her treatment recommendation was a extraction.. But the kickers is NOTHING to lessen anxiety ... Basically hold him down give him a shot and rip out his tooth...
Than I receive a letter that they no longer want us as patiants..because while we were waiting for 3hrs... I got a steril suction tip from a jar on the counter and let my son see what thing are at the dds..(positive things)
I have been a register dental assistiant for 10 years and am quiet familiar with how offices should be ran.. And this office is not ok.. I whole hartedly recommend you look at diffrent office for your child... I would hate for u and your child to have the horriable experience that we had...
