Incredibly unprofessional staff with deceptive tactics highlights this must skip dental office. Watch out for Olivia, the lady with the short hair, she is a nightmare.
I came in to have dental work done and was told after their office checked with my insurance provider that the costs would be fully covered, I'd pay $0. I signed the forms and received the dental work. Two weeks later, after all was finished, I received a call from their office staying that my insurance would not fully cover the procedure and that I had to pay them over $400. This is textbook "false, misleading, and deceptive" trade practices as I relied on their false and misleading representations to my detriment (yes, I'm an attorney, sorry for the legalese.
When I called to remedy the issue, the staff was rude, unprofessional, confrontational, and would not admit that their business practices, specifically falsely misquoting customers was wrong. I asked to speak to the doctor and they informed me that it was not allowed.
Their lack of professionalism and inability to provide me a coherent explanation only confirms my suspicion that these guys are shady.
Stay away!

The first time i came to the dentist had a Deep cleaning and flushed my gums with medicine, my teeth where horrible ,my gums would bleed and i had a lot of plaque and bad breath due to lack of brushing.I was instructed how to brush and floss better .My gums look and feel healthier ,that really helped my gums.I also had a crown done because i had a large filling that came off,all my dental needs have been taken care off . As of today i continue to see my dentist every 3 months for cleaning, im so happy with my dentist and all office staff very professional and friendly.Worth the price.

Dr Stucken and his staff are very friendly and attentive. Though I have a severe phobia, I always feel at ease in the chair with Dr Stucken.
I moved 20 miles away and Dr Stucken is still my dentist. He is worth the drive!
I have had two bridges, one crown, and some fillings done over the years at this office. Always with great success and no pain.

Dr. Stucken, is very thorough and does excellent work! My son teeth were stained. The Doctor treatment incluced veneers and teeth whitening. Now , mys son smiles all the time. His staff is very friendly!

Dr. Stucken is the best dentist ever! I would never want to go to anyone other than him. I have been going to him for 12 years. He is very good with children. When I was in elementary school,
I loved when my mom would tell me that I was going to the dentist!

The dentist is friendly. I was satisfied with his work , although I felt as if he rushed through my dental procedure with little concern. His staff, however seemed to care more about selling me products than taking care of my teeth. The front desk staff was not very polite or customer service friendly.

Dr. Stucken is the best in the Downey area he is caring and gentle!!!He's awesome does great work !!! I've been going to him for about 10 yrs now and will never change that!!! He has a great personality ,funny ,smart ,always carries him self and others with a great manner of respect. Not only does he do great dentistry but his staff is wonderful. His staff will always greet you with a bright big smile and ask how your doing....they answer all my questions and never give me attitude. When Im in the dental chair it feels like the spa.
