I can't really speak to the "facilities" as parents are not allowed in any of the exam/treatment areas. I feel the same about the "treatment success", as you (again) are not involved in the process and just take the dentist's word for it.
They said they took our insurance when I made the appointment, but then when the bill came due, they noted that "they are not contracted with any insurance companies".
And, based on my experiences with other dentists, they overcharge for services. My daughter had a "limited evaluation" - no x-rays or anything, it took less than 5 minutes - and they charged a total of $72 for that.

She is treating my son for last ove year. The facility is nice and they are kid friendly. My son likes to go back to see Dr. Scott.

I would not recommend her. She provides good care BUT charges too much for her services and her billing staff does not disclose charges fully and in advance.

What a wonderful doctor and staff! Dr. Scott made going to the dentist a pleasure for my kids. After a bad experience elsewhere, she and her staff made my kids feel like they were at home with smiles, hugs,and a great bedside manner. When my son needed extra visits, he went in and out with a smile and that was after having major work done. I can't say enough about them as a whole. Highly recommend Dr. Scott to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist!
