I can't really speak to the "facilities" as parents are not allowed in any of the exam/treatment areas. I feel the same about the "treatment success", as you (again) are not involved in the process and just take the dentist's word for it.
They said they took our insurance when I made the appointment, but then when the bill came due, they noted that "they are not contracted with any insurance companies".
And, based on my experiences with other dentists, they overcharge for services. My daughter had a "limited evaluation" - no x-rays or anything, it took less than 5 minutes - and they charged a total of $72 for that.
