Dont go anywhere near this dentist ! If I had not personally experienced the following situations, I would not believe they could occur. .. for the first couple of years, everything SEEMED to be fine. Then, total ineptitude, unproffesionalism, rudeness, chaos, confusion & DANGER ( they came within seconds of trying to drill on 3 of my daughters teeth, though she had NO CAVITIES).
"Dr." Jones walks around in sweat pants & t-shirts, laughing & talking with her staff about anything but dentistry & patients.
She allow her kids & the kids of staff to roam about the waiting room, office & even the dental chairs. high turnover of staff, hygenists & "dentists". Every new dentist seems to be young, clueless, rude & from other countries.
On on visit, whe would recommend braces, on the next she would not recommend them???
Billing & front office chaos was the least of our concerns. I'm sure if the ADA was aware of what was going on within this practice, they would shut it down. When we finally had enough
& blew up(grabbing our kids out of the dentists chairs), we got numerous calls from the front office begging us to at least let Dr. Jones call us so she could beg us to stay w/ her practice. Unbelievable!!!! STAY AWAY!!

The set up is awful. All the kids visits with the hygenist in an open room among others patients, patients' guests, hygenist, office staff, office staff children, etc. Kids are crying, screaming and all sort of conversations are going on. Some medical some personal and some are just unprofessional (staff). It's like a circus, but not a fun one. The staff discusses other patients' information, actions, etc. I had one dentist tell me that my child needed fillings and then on the follow up appointment, the lead dentist tells me she does not. So what am I to think? They will over charge you and if you don't say anything, they will continue to bill you. They will also perform services knowing that your insurance will not cover.They are famous for not applying the dental insurance contract discounts. They overcharged me a few hundred of dollars in less than a year's time. I don't know how the lead dentist manage to be a pediatric dentist. She does not assure her patients (kids) and often, abrasive. I don't know what to think of the staff and dentist having their children there. It appears to be child care center. I made the last visit my final visit.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. doctor gets it done fast and lets parnets in back. good experience.

I found the front office staff to be unprofessional to say the least. They argued in front of and with patients. The hygienists were a dream, very professional and sweet to the children.
Dr. Jones was a straight shooter. She comes off a little rough around the edges; but, my children loved her. She has a great sense of humor which all of the children loved.

This office was unorganized and the staff was not friendly. A
friend had recommended them, but I was not impressed. My kids and I had to wait, and the waiting room was a loud and I thought the staff was unprofessional. Go somewhere else--I know that I will!!

Dr. Jones is a great dentist choice for children of all ages. I grew up with Dr. Jones as my dentist, and was thoroughly satisfied.
