Dr. Coppe was my pediatric dentist so I took my kids there when we moved back to MA and they were aged 2, 4 and 6. We had been to a few dentists when living elsewhere (due to dental accident) before coming back to this practice. And in comparison, this office is by far the most thorough in their work and has always been very patient and friendly, even with my youngest who was quite anxious at first. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but they have always fit us in immediately in an emergency. Dr. Coppe and his daughter, Carolyn Coppe, always spend a few minutes reviewing the kids records with me and address all my questions and concerns. The dental staff are all very patient with the kids and do a through job. I highly recommend this practice.

About Front Desk: Very efficient in getting kids in and out of visits for regular cleanings and xrays. I've never had a billing problem over many years. They are very friendly for the most part. The one negative comment i would have is that they do not always pay attention to what is going on in the waiting room-kids left unattended are bashing toys, teenagers walking in without a parent are sometimes ignored rather than greeted and checked-in. It is a small waiting room. Sometimes it can be amusing to watch all this for a few minutes but often becomes aggravating when none of the staff come out from behind the desk to deal with the noise or chaos or to make sure they are aware of everyone who is waiting to be seen.

I RECENTLY HAD A VISIT AT THIS OFFICE-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I WOULD NEVER REFER FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO THIS OFFICE - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I COULD HEAR THE HYGIENIST "NANCY" GOSSIPING THE WHOLE TIME TO THE OTHER HYGIENISTS ABOUT THE DOCTORS PERSONAL LIFE. I HEARD THINGS THAT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT DR. CAROLYN COPPE'S BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAD (DR. COPPE) AND ABOUT HIS LOVE LIFE. I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!

Terrible experience here. Staff is not caring, awful bedside manner. Poor treatment and recommended unnecessary procedures.

Dr Coppe treats all four of my children. His staff is as great with the little ones as they are with my school aged kids.

Both of my kids, now 10 and 13, have always gone to Dr. Coppe's office for dental treatment. While my son's dental issues have been minimal - just routine cleanings - my daughter has had several problems, including a root canal, which were addressed very competently. Dr. Coppe and his staff have always been wonderful with the kids, doing everything possible to minimize the stress of the situation. I would highly advise any parents seeking a dentist for their children in the Lexington area to seek out Dr. Coppe's office and give them a try. Neither of my kids is afraid of going to the dentist which is a big plus, probably because their visits have always been pleasant (I had the dentist from hell growing up so this is important for me!)

My son and daughter have gone to Dr. Coppe for a few years now. My son, who tends to get very nervous about new situations, had no problems with his cleaning. Dr. Coppe and his staff are extremely good about relaxing children.

Dr Coppe and the staff in the office are amazing. He is knowledgable and great with the kids as are the hygenists.

dr coppe is the best. his staff is the best i know. my 5 daughters love going to thee dentist. the cost is not expensive at all. thank you dr. coppe for making my kids happy to go to the dentist.
