About Front Desk: Very efficient in getting kids in and out of visits for regular cleanings and xrays. I've never had a billing problem over many years. They are very friendly for the most part. The one negative comment i would have is that they do not always pay attention to what is going on in the waiting room-kids left unattended are bashing toys, teenagers walking in without a parent are sometimes ignored rather than greeted and checked-in. It is a small waiting room. Sometimes it can be amusing to watch all this for a few minutes but often becomes aggravating when none of the staff come out from behind the desk to deal with the noise or chaos or to make sure they are aware of everyone who is waiting to be seen.
