D. Brown was condescending, obnoxious and not helpful. It was our toddler's first visit to the dentist and he talked to us like we were the toddlers rather than working with us and answering our questions in a helpful way. My son screamed the whole time, Brown didn't care. I question his character and am deplored by his chair-side manner. My husband is still offended by how he was spoken to. I will never visit this dentist again and will make sure all of the moms in my ft greene neighborhood heed my warning as well.

Scheduling: LIke most Dr's or dentists' offices, the wait time for the appointment is quite long. The soonest appointment would usually be a month from the day you call. However, this might be due to the fact that his office is very popular. It is a great practice. Furthermore, once you are in the office, there basically is no wait time for the appt.
Staff: The staff members are extremely helpful and very courteous. No jaded workers here. I had billing issues and they were so willing to help me with patience. Their attitude is seldom seen in the healthcare field.
Dentists: My daughter was sooo nervous the first time she went, that she started crying before the dentist even came in. However, the dentist was incredibly patient and wonderful. She explained everything to my daughter and made her feel at ease. It was a tear-free experience. My daughter left with big smiles. The second dentist was equally patient and pleasant. My daughter is going to be a-ok with going to the dentist.
Environment: Everything that I could see was totally clean. Nothing was worn out or dirty, even in the waiting room. The equipment and supplies are new and top notch. They do not compromise when it comes to your child's care.

He is excellent with my kids. His office is state of the Art. My kids love ging to the dentist. I have coverage so it's great for me.

He has great patiencen a soft touch and especially great skills.

Excellent Hospitality! Clean inviting and calm environment. My children love going to the dentist and they are upset they only get to see Dr. Brown every 6 months.

Dr. Brown is the most helpful and kind man. He made sure to help us get everything we needed covered by our insurance and took care of our little boy wonderfully. I can't say enough good things about this angel-dentist!

Dr. Brown is a very kind, patient pediatric dentist with a great sense of humor. His office is EXTREMELY clean with only the latest technology...even all the the procedures, etc. are on a computer...no hand written receipts, etc. He takes his time to explain everything, yet I never have to wait to long to see him. He goes out of his way to make sure you are provided for and if you ask questions, he'll keep you informed. I only wish he'd treat adults!! :) He also accepts all insurance and his entire staff is polite, professional and personable!!

Dr. Brown is extremely friendly, patient and affordable. He will really go out of his way to make sure all of your needs are provided for. His office is SUPER clean and high tech (blue neon lights shine from new white equipment...very cool) His staff is truly wonderful. I highly recommend him for your little ones!!!!
