I don't know who is putting in these false reviews but you should be ashamed of your selves. The office was disgusting and filthy. I walked in and after 2 minutes walked out. Food was all over the tables, pots with white substance was left on the table, uncovered. Garbage was piled up.
After 2 minutes I said I was leaving they asked why, I said because this office is gross and I could see several health violations. Chop shop comes to mind when describing this office. There is a reason they only show the outside of the building. They never actually show the entrance of the office. FALSE ADVERTISING. I filed a report with my insurance.

Our family takes 2 hours travel from South Jersey to her clinic in Manhattan. Going all the away for her services would testify for her professional services. Her warmth is very assuring when you sit that that cold , scary dental chair. My children love her. My entire family will take all the hassles of the distance to see her and avail of her services.

When I arrived at the clinic with my son for his appointment, we were sent away by the office staff for alleged problems with the insurance. They claimed that they could not see us because the dentist's name was not printed on the insurance card. Despite my protests that I did everything the insurance company requested (showing up with a referral form) the staff was adamant that we could not be seen.
When my wife called later we got the true story; Apparently Dr. Gaitmatan was out for a funeral and they had a substitute dentist in. Their staff was thus making up excuses as to why patients could not be seen. So rather than call 2-3 days in advance to reschedule (when the funeral was likely set) they waited for me to get my 3 year old ready and make the trip all the way there just to send me home based on a made up excuse.
When I contacted my insurance company to confirm I had done everything correctly they encouraged me to file a complaint. They also informed me that they have received several complaints about this office and they are looking into removing the provider from their network.

She's wonderful. Very thorough. She never rushes and takes great, great care of her paitents. I don't have dental insurance, but I have found that she's far cheaper than other dentist who aren't nearly as good. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gatmaitan is definitely what you have been looking for in a Dentist. TOTALLY PAINLESS!
I have been wanting to go back to her if not for the price. She is TOTALLY good though. I would DEFINITELY recommend her anytime!
