not happy - he was the dentist that my brother and I had as children & we loved him. my son was a patient but he was dropped today b/c I work during the day so I asked my mother who works nights to take him and unfortunately she overslept today and missed his appt. staff said that my son missed an appt in 2005, 2008, 2011 & the one today and they could no longer service him. I'm truly disappointed.

My two children has been going to DR. Orchen they were 5, my daughter is now 18 and my son 15. I am very sastified with him and his staff. I have recommended him to all my friends and family and they all feel the same way.

Very disappointed. After X-ray, doctor spent just 2 min with us, did not explain his findings. They asked us to meet his office associate, who was only interested in dollars. I an ok with being money minded but, at least I want doctor to explain his findings and answer my queries.
I will never go back.

The place is pretty nice and freindly. Being that my kids were going to the dentist it was almost impossible for them to not have stress. But Overall I feel like I would go back to them.

My son has been treated by Dr. Orchen since he was 3, He's now 18 and still seeing him. He came highly recommended by someone I know with kids, and I have had no complaints about service, cost, insurance, etc. My son actually asks when is it time to see the dentist. Dr. Orchen also referred us to a top notch orthodontist when my son needed braces. That too was a great decision and I love Orchen and Dr Kess the orthodontist.

I have taken my children to Dr. Orchen for 3 years. I drive a
hour to get there because my kids are not afraid to go to him.
We have had negative experiences when I have tried closer
dentists. Its worth the drive to have my kids feel comfortable
when they go to the dentist. The staff is wonderful with my
children as well. I definatley would recommend Dr. Orchen!

the office is a stress free place for children to go. My kids love to go to see the dentist, they have no fear, and look forward to going.

Excellent facility. Video games were provided in waiting room and during treatment!

Dr. O. sees all the children in my family. He is so caring and compassionate to thier needs. I would recommend him any day.
