not happy - he was the dentist that my brother and I had as children & we loved him. my son was a patient but he was dropped today b/c I work during the day so I asked my mother who works nights to take him and unfortunately she overslept today and missed his appt. staff said that my son missed an appt in 2005, 2008, 2011 & the one today and they could no longer service him. I'm truly disappointed.
