They are very unprofesssional and I had the billing lady tell me the day of my kids appointment that they weren't going to be able to treat them due to a bill that was sent to collection in 2006. When we brought the kids to the office they never looked over the paperwork and told me anything about a bill. The office manager then proceeded to tell me it was my fault although I never received any letters or phone calls stating there was a bill from the past. Then I call you the day of and thats when I find out my kids aren't going to be seen and somehow that is my fault when I was never even made aware of the issue. I think they handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally and because of that my kids will never be seen here again. They mishandle paperwork and can't even do the bare minimum which is call to let the people know. If that was the case why even see them when they came in if there was an outstanding bill. They will definitely be turned over to the BBB if they are registered with them and I plan to file a formal complaint as well.

My children have seen Dr. Haskins going back a few years for regular dental procedures. My issues relate to the lack of quality administrative staff in this office and the lack of updated/modern equipment and procedures to effectively do their job. The NW OKC office has not changed since I first went to this office many years ago, their equipment is outdated and archaic by many standards and I get the feel they are going through as many patients as they can to make a dollar. They still use postal mail to file their insurance claims which is a major red flag in our modern era. Their staff is inconsiderate to the point of being rude and I would never recommend this office to anyone for any dental care and definitely not for braces. Dr. Haskins should have retired years ago and you will notice that when you meet him and see their office. It is filthy, dark and gloomy. There are a variety of highly-qualified and reputable dentists in this area so please look elsewhere.
