Dr. Downey and his staff are just wonderful. The front office is warm and cheerful, the girls that do the cleanings are fun and informative. My 2 kids love to go to the dentist. It is a relaxing, stress free dental office. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned there.

We have gone to Dr. Downey's office for the last 3 years with our 2 children. They are consistently timely, friendly and conscious of both our comfort and our finances. We are happy to continue with Dr. Downey indefintely, and to recommend his services to others.

Just Fantastic Childrens Dentist !
This office is so equipped to make children feel comfortable with the whole dentist experience. Dr downey recently did some dental work on my 5yr old. I was so anxious as a parent that my son would be in pain and would be ruined for life....alas not true with Dr Downey and his professional team !!

This place rocks! It is completely designed for children and their parents. There are activities in the waiting room and the exam room is open so parents and siblings can accompany the patient. My 5 year old loves going to the dentist--she always leaves with a big bag of Disney Princess stuff!
We have great insurance and have not paid one penny for care.
I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who has children. I wish I could find an adult office this good!

We have been seeing Dr. Downey for 2 years now, and everyone is his office has been professional and friendly to both me and my 4 year old son every time we have dealt with them. The waiting room is kid-friendly, the staff courteous. My son doesn't dread the dentist at all! We have also been pleased with the dental work. I would recommend him to anyone.

My children just had their very first appointment with Dr. Downey this week and I must say, from the moment we arrived we could not have been treated better. My kids loved the fish tank and it occupied them while I completed the needed paperwork. The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Downey is defiantly a Dr. McDreamy and My kids loved him too!

Our children have been seeing Dr. Downey for over a year and honestly you couldn't ask for a better children's dentist. He is professional, sincere, incredibly down to earth and very approachable. The facilities are beautiful, modern and clean. The dental assistants and dental hygienists are equally friendly and knowledgeable. My first experience with the front desk staff was wonderful. The woman was very friendly and helpful; however, I do not believe she works there anymore as I have not seen her. The staff now seems less approachable and definitely not as friendly. While they usually maintain a sweet and pleasant tone, I must admit that the last two times we have gone in they acted like they didnt notice me and behaved a little snobbish. Instead of leaving being absolutely ecstatic that my children ultimately had a favorable experience, I was too focused on my experience with the condescending front desk person.

Dr. Downey and his staff are awesome! My daughter now looks forward to going to the dentist rather than being terrified of it. A welcome change over the last 3 dentists we tried. I refer all my friends with young children to him.

I recently bought my son a Shrek dentist play-doh set. After spending twenty minutes with him making and arranging Shrek's teeth, My son placed his hand gently on Shrek's cheek, put the drill in his mouth and said "No Shrek. No hurt. I Dr. Downey." It warmed my heart how gentle he was imitating his experiences. Thank You!
