Not pleased with overall treatment plan and follow through. I have consistently been made to feel that I was being a nuisance for asking questions

I had been taking my two kids to this practice for 5 years. Dr. Killian and her hygienists are very good and my kids like them. But her office staff's customer service has been declining abysmally for the past several years, even though we were loyal and good patients, always arriving and paying on time. Customer service hit a low point today with a very dismissive remark made to me by the office manager. She was very quick to let me know I was inconveniencing them, with my child's emergency fractured tooth, because technically we're no longer patients, having moved a while ago. During that time I'd been looking for dentists but hadn't secured a new one. Apparently, when you no longer provide revenue, they no longer provide emergency services - or manners. I'm beyond disappointed with this practice, and happy to have left.

My son developed an abcessed tooth when his regular dentist was on vacation. Dr. Connie was his back up and she was wonderful! She met us at her office at 9 PM on Friday night and took care of my son with great gentleness and concern. I would definately recommend her.

FANTASTIC!! Dr. Connie has the patience of a saint. My child loves her and Dr. Connie knows how to deal with children like no Dr. I have ever met. I would travel from another state to have my child seen by Dr. Connie

wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. They are not only great with my typically developing son they do a wonderful job working with my son who has Down Syndrome. They are kind, gentle and compassionate. They try to make the experience as pleasant as possible for the kids.

I can't recommend them enough!!!! Dr. Connie even came in on a SUNDAY just to look at my son's teeth when he got hurt. Have been a client for 8+ years and can't think of a better Dentist for the kids
